ASTM A269 seamless coils: TP304L and TP316L, 1/4 inch to 1 inch OD, with continuous lengths up to 1,000 m
ASTM A249 welded coils: TP201, TP304/304L, TP316/316L, and specified grades, 1/8 inch to 2 inches OD
Bright-annealed straight tubing: seamless or welded, 1/8 inch to 4 inches OD
Protected tubing: PVC / PTFE jacketed stainless steel tubing and pre-insulated tube bundle configurations

Manufacturing and Surface Control

Processes include bright annealing, laser and TIG welding, online cold drawing, CNC bending, end forming, and fabrication. Bright-annealed finish with Ra ≤ 0.4 μm is available within the applicable range.

Inspection and Testing

Verification can include dimensional and endoscopic inspection, weld-line monitoring, PMI, eddy-current testing, hydrostatic testing, and air-pressure testing. Order documentation is available according to requirements.
