Stainless Steel Tubing and Fabricated-Part Enquiries

Send your tubing enquiry in whatever format is convenient. Design drawings are required for custom tubing and fabricated parts; information on the use environment and frequency is helpful if available. We will follow up on any details needed for quotation. Hydraulic Cylinder Order Process

1. Enquiry: email your design drawings and enquiry to JW. Add operating conditions if available.
2. Design proposal and quotation: JW reviews your drawings and provides a design proposal and quotation.
3. Order placement: acceptance of the quotation leads to an order.
4. Detailed drawing approval: JW provides detailed design drawings for your review. Production does not begin until you approve the drawings.
5. Production and inspection: after drawing approval, production begins. You are welcome to visit the factory to inspect product quality at any time during production and before shipment; email our team to coordinate access.
6. Delivery and reports: products are delivered under the agreed order terms. After delivery, inspection reports can be supplied according to your requirements. Tests or inspections needed during production are arranged before the relevant production stage.

Stainless Steel Tube Fabrication Order Process

1. Enquiry: email your design drawings and enquiry to JW.
2. Quotation: JW reviews your drawings and provides a quotation.
3. Order placement: acceptance of the quotation leads to an order.
4. Free samples: after the order is placed, JW provides free samples according to your requirements.
5. Sample approval: you review and approve the samples.
6. Batch production and delivery: batch production starts after sample approval, followed by delivery.

What is included in the quotation?

The products, accessories (including seals for hydraulic cylinders), all certificate costs and transportation to the quoted destination are included. Delivery terms and responsibility for import duties and taxes are stated in the quotation.

What are the standard payment terms for custom products?

30% advance payment and 70% paid before shipment.

Can I request a particular currency or quotation format?

Yes. We offer quotations in any currency and in your required format. Please mention any special requirements in your email, and a dedicated specialist will follow up.

When does production begin?

Hydraulic-cylinder production begins after approval of JW’s detailed design drawings. Tube-fabrication batch production begins after approval of the free samples supplied following order placement.
