JW Industrial Solutions supplies extra-long seamless stainless steel coiled tubing for instrumentation, energy, marine, hydrogen, heat-exchanger, oil and gas, and industrial OEM applications. Continuous lengths can reduce the number of intermediate tube connections required across long installation routes.
The published seamless coiled tubing range is available in continuous lengths up to 1,000 m per coil, subject to the selected dimensions, coil configuration, and maximum coil weight.

Metric reference: the published 1/4–1 inch outside-diameter range equals 6.35–25.4 mm. The 0.020–0.083 inch wall range is approximately 0.51–2.11 mm. These conversions describe the published range, not dimensional tolerances or a promise that every size combination is available. The approved drawing and quotation define the ordered dimensions and units.
Inspection and Testing
Available verification includes dimensional and endoscopic inspection plus hydrostatic testing. Test-pressure capability is available up to 50 MPa according to the product specification. JW can review PMI and documentation requirements with you during quotation.
Why Specify Extra-Long Tubing?
Long continuous coils can simplify routing and reduce intermediate joints. Practical length depends on tube size, wall thickness, coil weight, transport constraints, installation method, and the approved specification.
Here, coiled tubing means continuous tube supplied in a coil for handling and installation. A finished heat-transfer coil or U-tube has separately specified geometry. For that requirement, review heat-exchanger tubing and U-tube fabrication or drawing-based tube fabrication. An external jacket or grouped instrumentation lines are separate options covered under PVC / PTFE jacketed tubing and tube bundles.

Up to 1,000 m per coil within the applicable dimensional and 150 kg coil-weight limits. This is an upper limit for feasible configurations, not a standard length available at every outside diameter and wall thickness. JW confirms the continuous length and coil arrangement for the selected dimensions and order.
Which materials are available?
The published range includes TP304L and TP316L.
Can the tubing be hydrostatically tested?
Yes, according to the product specification, with test-pressure capability up to 50 MPa. This is a test capability, not a universal working-pressure rating for every tube. The applicable test conditions and acceptance requirements are confirmed separately from the intended operating conditions.
How are dimensions and inspection records agreed?
