Precision Tubing Product Portfolio

Our coiled tubing pages describe stainless steel tubing supplied in coils. A finished shaped coil or U-tube is a separate, drawing-defined fabrication requirement. Follow the product links below to select the supply form for your assembly.

Seamless coiled tubing: weld-free continuous lengths for high-pressure and instrumentation systems.
Welded coiled tubing: cost-effective, bright-annealed tubing produced with conditioned weld seams and online cold drawing.
Bright-annealed stick tubing: seamless or welded precision straight lengths with controlled surface finish and tolerances.
PVC / PTFE jacketed stainless steel tubing: select PVC or PTFE external protection to suit the project. Jacket material and thickness are confirmed against the customer drawing and service requirements; the published standard 2 mm option applies to PVC.
Pre-insulated tubing: factory-applied insulation for steam transport, energy efficiency, and process-temperature maintenance.
Fabricated tube components: CNC-bent, end-formed, welded, and assembled parts for OEM applications.

For heat-transfer equipment, review stainless steel heat-exchanger tubing and U-tubes. These tube components are a different supply requirement from instrumentation multi-tube bundles.

Compare Published Stainless Steel Tubing Ranges

Seamless and welded describe the manufacturing route; coils and straight lengths describe the delivery form. Bright annealing is a heat-treatment process, while PVC or PTFE jacketing adds an external layer. These are different specification choices, not interchangeable product types.

These published ranges are an overview, not a guarantee that every diameter, wall thickness and length combination is available. JW confirms the combination against your drawing and order requirements. Metric values below are unit conversions, not dimensional tolerances.

Seamless Coiled Tubing Specifications

Materials: TP 304L and 316L stainless steel. Standards: ASTM A269 and EN 10216-5. Surface: bright annealed, with Ra < 0.4 μm available.

Seamless coils receive endoscopic inspection and hydrostatic testing, with test pressure capability up to 50 MPa according to the product specification.

Welded Coiled Tubing Specifications

Grades: TP 201, 304/304L, 316/316L, and other specified grades. Standard: ASTM A249. Processes: laser beam welding, TIG/argon-arc welding, bright annealing, and online cold drawing.

Online cold drawing improves weld-seam uniformity and brings the mechanical performance and surface condition closer to seamless tubing. Inspection stages include online weld-line monitoring, online eddy-current testing, and 100% air-pressure testing.

Precision Bright-Annealed Stick Tubing

Seamless or welded stainless steel stick tubing is available with bright-annealed finish, Ra ≤ 0.4 μm. Product tolerances and length requirements are confirmed against the customer specification.

Need finished geometry rather than bulk tube? Review heat exchanger tubing and U-tubes or drawing-based tube fabrication. The coil ranges above are not automatic specifications for fabricated components or every heat-exchanger standard.

From Raw Material to Finished Tubing

Forming and heat treatment: cold reduction, degreasing, bright annealing and bull-wheel drawing; repeat stages as required by the production route.
Straight and coiled formats: straightening, cut-to-length processing, surface finishing, marking and level winding.
Inspection and delivery: examples of dimensional, mechanical-property, cleanliness and pressure checks, followed by packaging and shipment. The tests shown are illustrative and are not a claim that every product receives every test.

Yes. The portfolio includes seamless coils, welded coils, and seamless or welded bright-annealed stick tubing.

Can tubing be supplied as a fabricated OEM component?

Yes. CNC bending, end forming, welding, and assembly can be used to produce heat-exchanger coils and other repeatable custom geometries.

How do I start a tubing enquiry?

Enquiries are welcome in any format. Please send your design drawings for custom tube components; drawings are required for quotation and production. You do not need to repeat information already shown on the drawing. Operating conditions, such as the service environment and frequency of use, are helpful if available.
